Cannibals belong to an all
male society of savages, whose only goal in life is to eat as much human
flesh as possible. Thus they differ from the Horde,
who has a similar technology level, and from the Amazons, who also have
a single-sex philosophy.
A minor cannibal
is little more than a beast, in every sense of the word, unkempt, non-communicative,
savage.
