THE ELYSIAN FIELDS

Normal Gravity.
Partially Cyclic Time: To the petitioners of the Elysian Fields, the same happy moments keep repeating themselves. This loop is usually from 1 to 12 hours in length. If a visitor interacts with them, the interaction is forgotten when the loop starts again. Any wounds or alterations the petitioners receive as part of an interaction also disappears. Material objects remain, but are either ignored or incorporated into the context of the loop by the petitioner. The loop is an effect of the plane itself. Petitioners removed from the Elysian Fields experience time normally.
Infinite Size: The Elysian Fields is a paradise of gentle and beautiful natural surroundings and comfortable furniture including ever full tables with delicacies. The environment goes on forever in all directions.
Divinely Morphic: Only divine beings can change the physical environment by either spells or physical force. Any damage done by mortals on inert aspects of the Elysian Fields is repaired within a couple of hours.
Minor Positive-Dominant: After staying here for 24 hours, visitors gain fast healing 2 as an extraordinary ability for as long as they remain. Upon returning here, they need to stay another 24 hours to get fast healing again.
Mildly Good-Aligned: Evil characters suffer a -2 circumstance penalty on all Charisma-based checks.
Normal Magic: Except as noted above.
ReachablePlanes: Tartarus by physical travel, Heaven by spells.

The good souls of the Greco-Roman culture eventually come here after death. They have to traverse Tartarus first, but the soon find the open gate to the Elysian Fields. Paradisic in a very literal sense, the only negative thing is perhaps its unchanging nature. There are no innovations here, only eternal bliss.

ELYSIAN FIELDS INHABITANTS
The petitioners of the Elysian Fields are in effect more like the standard MotP petitioners than their Tartarian counterparts. Their personal cyclic time locks their minds in a very unproductive mode, by mortal standards.  They have fast healing 2 and retain whatever fighting skills they possessed as mortals, but their will to fight is low, because of their dazed, happy state.
And that’s it. Hades sometimes visits to make sure everything works, and the very occasional mortal visits, but to most of them the knowledge that someone is in the Elysian Fields is quite sufficient.

MOVEMENT AND COMBAT
Usually, the only people likely to fight in the Elysian Fields are truly perverted scum who have somehow managed to get here and can’t resist using fast healing non-combatants as target practise. Such people usually learn that Hades DOES sometimes come here. They also learn of areas of Tartarus that even most petitioners there don’t know about.
There are no weapons here, and not even many sharp edged rocks or branches. Nearly everything is pleasantly rounded and/or soft. Impromptu clubs can of course be made, but visitors have to bring their own violence here if they need any.

FEATURES OF THE ELYSIAN FIELDS

The Tartarus Gate (a k a the Elysian Gate)
The only feature of interest is this, a cave-entrance the size of a good-sized door. Through it you can see the beginning of an underground maze. This is the way to Tartarus. Anyone can pass through either way, except for petitioners of Tartarus who have to stay on the other side.

ELYSIAN FIELDS ENCOUNTERS
There are no random encounters here. Either you’re here to look for someone special, or because of a unique crisis in the plane.
But a flat 10% chance per visit of running into Hades is plausible.
