Traditionally known as Dionysus in his aspect as the god of wine, Bacchus has always revelled in his darker side, that of a bestial blood-drinker. His demeanour is that of a smiling rake who has decided he likes the one he is talking to.
He has numerous cave-systems in Greece that he uses for parties and orgies. When he feels like it, he tidies one of them up somewhat and lets his more naïve worshippers perform more serene rites there.
True creation is beyond him, but he has learned to transform young women to bacchae by just using a drop of blood.
The politics of Mount Olympus are mostly beyond him. He is content to be a god among mortals at his parties. Consequently, the other gods normally have little to do with him, unless they want to party.

Dogma
Grow wine and drink it. Everything done while intoxicated is sacred. You can’t have a good party without some evil in it. It’s good to let go of all restraints now and then. Follow your instincts, even if they scare you.
But many of his priests stress his aspect as nurturer of plants, downplaying the violence.

Clergy and Temples
Human priests are nearly always female, though there are lots of male satyr priests. Clerics are rare. Those of his worshipers who deserve supernatural gifts are usually turned into bacchae.
Bacchus has few permanent temples. Instead, a cave, a grove, a barn, a hill, or just about anything where you can party can become a holy place for a time. These temporary shrines don’t count as temples for the purposes of the Temples feat, but they can serve as places of worship nevertheless.
As hinted at, the worship of Bacchus in civilized lands focus mainly on the agricultural and festive aspects of the cult. The more violent themes are played out in the countryside by clandestine cults, though sometimes joined by frustrated people from many places.
